As-built solution and integration design document, including API/data-flow schemas and the environment configuration baseline
Licence and subscription register with a renewal calendar, plus domain ownership and DNS zone records
Source-code repository access, a build-and-deployment runbook, and administrator credentials transferred through a secured password vault
UAT sign-off report with the full test-evidence pack (test cases, results and defect log)
