The Gateway is what turns three modules into four.
A CMC appliance ordered without a Gateway runs three modules — Network Controller, RADIUS and captive portal. Ordered with one, it adds the On-Premise edge module. Cloud deployments have no Gateway, so the On-Premise module is not available in the cloud.
